Provider Report Card Methodology

The Provider Report Card is an initiative of the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) that began in August 2012 to provide cumulative performance data to providers and identify opportunities and challenges to providing high quality services to people with disabilities in the District.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
