Requesting Customer Service

The Department on Disability Services is committed to providing the highest level of service to the individuals who seek our assistance. However, we recognize that sometimes we may not meet your expectations or there may be confusion regarding next steps. To help resolve any differences or assist individuals to achieve resolution we have a dedicated team in our Customer Relations office.

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.
