Electronically advertising job vacancies to hundreds of job seekers.
Providing an opportunity for employers to present information to job seekers and vocational rehabilitation counselors about their company, staffing needs and expectations for successful job applicants at our in-house Industry Spotlights.
Marketing company vacancies and branding at quarterly job fairs.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.
