People with disabilities and their families, advocates, providers, and other stakeholders are invited to join the Department on Disability Services (DDS) at one of two upcoming community forums to discuss:

• CMS’s Home and Community Based Settings Rule
• Proposed amendments to the HCBS Waiver, including new rates for services and changes to existing services.
• D.C’s plan to assess our settings and come into compliance, where needed.  (Transition Plan)
