DDA has an active Performance Management Program and Quality Management System for the purposes of oversight and assessment of the District’s Developmental Disabilities service system. The two combine to form the strategy that will ensure the mission of the agency is achieved and compliance is maintained with all local and federal rules and regulations and federal court orders.
