Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is the District of Columbia’s agency responsible for determining eligibility for supports and services for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities; for ensuring an adequate system of qualified provider agencies and ensuring that people are linked to other resources and agencies that may meet their needs.
